Providing Educational Experiences through Visiting Instructors
Kevin Tappin, owner of Stained Glass Stuff in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, uses the experience of learning from well-established and innovative visiting instructors to keep his retail clients enthusiastic about working in glass. Part of the reason for the success he has achieved with these offerings is his willingness to carefully plan out the year and work around anything that might conflict with his clients’ ability to take advantage of these experiences.
