Vicki Payne—Breathing New Life into the Stained Glass Market

Vicki Payne, renowned PBS art glass teacher, and husband Chris have worked to establish criteria and content for teaching stained glass fundamentals to other teachers through their Stained Glass Instructor Certification Program. The goal is to help these trainees develop stand-alone careers in stained glass instruction.
