The key customer base for Daniel Legree, Sue Grauten, and Samuel Dakin is the relatively small community of architectural and design firms that deal with the hospitality industry, casinos, restaurants, cruise ships, yachts, and high-end restaurants and homes. Studio commissions comprise 85 percent of Savoy’s business, with product lines making up the remaining 15 percent and helping to smooth out the inevitable fluctuations in cash from commission work.
