Eric and Markay Suevel, two glass hobbyists who were looking for a family business, settled on a store that was founded twenty-five years ago as one of the old Merry-Go-Round franchises. Through trial and error, they found ways to improve some of the ways in which business was conducted at the store and learned to provide superior customer service while also developing a client base for their custom glass art.
