Fall 2002

Rainbow Glass Inc.
Phil Teefy has steered his Rainbow Glass shop and studio through the early currents of the studio glass movement, piloting it into what has become a mainstream of related interest in hobby glass. Strategies to make it happen include a direct-mail newsletter every four weeks and classes carefully keyed to interests, such as fusing and the production of glass animal figures. The classes are taught by a former Rainbow student who brings a unique viewpoint to the subject.
