Rick Norman—The Stained Glass Place
Rick Norman chose to make his store a stained glass hobbyist’s nirvana. The displays of finished art glass can be purchased as gifts or serve as an idea for customer-created projects. Rick has used a highly customized marketing program, including newsletters with coupons that announce new glass industry offerings, to entice those customers into his store.
