Sometimes It Helps to Come Undone
If things are going well and then something does suddenly go wrong with your PC, your first line of attack should be to think about what you did just before you noticed the problem. If you installed a new piece of software or hardware, there’s a reasonable chance that the new installation is the culprit. Most software programs have at least some tools to get you out of trouble. Knowing that there are ways to remedy problems should make conquering the world of the PC a lot less intimidating.
