The holiday season is the key retail sales time of the year. The weeks leading up to Christmas may amount to only 10 percent of the calendar year, but they can account for up to 50 percent of your annual profits. So be sure to strategically prepare your store operations, merchandising, customer service programs, staff, and holiday promotions.
