Ten Tips for Delivering (Constructive) CriticismGiving Staff the Feedback They Need and Want
Those of us who are leaders are always targets for criticism and so be it. Where we fail is when we don’t help our team members by training them how to deliver criticism or feedback in the best ways. We can teach them by example when we follow ten simple, common-sense rules for offering suggestions to others in a way that will not put them on the defensive.
