Summer 2004

Resolving Issues in the Workplace
Team members may have difficulty expressing their feelings appropriately to others in the workplace if there is not a forum for doing so. Successful CEOs keep their companies humming, profits up, and turnover low by hiring team members who know how to act like adults, so there is no need to tell people how to behave. Team members take a little time to think first before they act, so most issues are never brought to the table in the first place.
