Goal Setting Basics
If a goal is not clearly defined, written down, and assigned a deadline for completion, then it’s just a wish, not a goal. We must wait for others to grant wishes, but goals are dependent solely upon us to become realities. And those goals help us to become more aware of our own priorities, thus creating much easier decision-making.
