Fired Up or Burned Out?
Many of us fail to learn from out mistakes by pushing ourselves when we are running on empty, ignoring the signs of burnout, and thinking we can go just a little farther without filling our tanks. Without an occasional fill-up, we begin to dread the new day instead of meeting it with enthusiasm and to view new challenges as burdens rather than opportunities.
